I am an author, podcaster, speaker, musical theatre performer, educator, choreographer, visual artist, life-lover, sober-sister, and Founder/Executive Director of The Spread Sunshine Gang, a non-profit with the mission to share goodness, kindness, and generosity to the Twin Cities metro area and beyond. I live in Minneapolis with my percussionist hubby Paul, and our sweet Snowball, the deaf Staffy. 

I am navigating Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Fibromyalgia and learning to accept the things I cannot control. (Shoutout to the Serenity Prayer!)

I am a firm believer in authenticity, creating welcoming and affirming space so people can "come as they are," feeling my feelings even if it means I'm a mess, and daily naps!
