Julia Cameron’s THE ARTIST’S WAY is a twelve-week, self-guided course that ultimately led me to create The Spread Sunshine Gang. This course leads you through a series of writings and exercises in order to discover and or/recover your creative self.
I HIGHLY recommend this book! I will admit it took me at least eight tries to finally finish, but I learned something valuable about myself every single time.
