Four years ago today we lost mom.
I had anticipated writing something today as it continues to help me heal, just as it did four years ago when I started writing on FB and then ultimately, on this blog. I didn’t know what I would write about today, just that I would.
And then I opened up the “Memories” feature on FB and all of these pics of friends and I popped up from four years ago.
As friends and family got word that mom died, they shared pics of us together in solidarity.
What a beautiful thing.
Look at these lovely humans. Some people are not pictured because there were too many to get onto this blog. Unbelievable.
I honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through the toughest parts without all of you.
To all of our friends and family, pictured and not, THANK YOU. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think of Mom, and there isn’t a day that goes by that I am not GRATEFUL for all of the support, Mom and otherwise.
Life is so good.
And life is so bad.
And we need each other.
